Andrew is from Southern California and began smoking weed in middle school. By the time he was 15, he had moved on to pills and meth. None of the drugs offered Andrew the escape he craved- he attempted suicide for the first time as a sophomore in high school. 

Over the next decade, his addiction worsened. By the time he was 30, he had tried to commit suicide again, survived a devastating injury, and was back living with his mother. He was physically dependent on alcohol and had begun using fentanyl. He hit rock bottom. 

In 2022, desperate for a way out, Andrew called Beacon House. It was a call that would save his life.
